What we collect
From the request form: service, port, boat length, email, and optionally phone number and message; the page you came from; and, if you accept analytics cookies, usage statistics via Google Analytics.
Purposes & legal basis
The form data is used solely to forward your request to the workshops that match it (handling of your request / your consent). Analytics helps us improve the site and runs only with your consent.
Recipients & processors
Your request is shared with the small number of matching workshops. Processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, anti-spam), Resend (email delivery), Google (Analytics, only with consent). Payments made by workshops are handled by Polar (Merchant of Record).
Retention
Requests are kept while we manage the referral and as required by law, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Cookies
We use analytics cookies only after you accept them in the banner. Essential anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not track you.
